Your experience includes a full introduction and safety briefing, a guided walk through Itchen Valley Country Park, the chance to walk your own alpaca or llama, opportunities to feed them, and plenty of photo opportunities along the way.
Walks usually last around 90–120 minutes, depending on the group size and conditions on the day.
Yes, walkers must be 8 years and older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who holds the lead rope and supervises them during the walk.
Wear comfortable clothes and sensible walking shoes. Wellies or walking boots are recommended after rain. No flip-flops or sandals.
Yes! You are welcome to take photos and videos. Our guides are happy to help take photos with you and your alpaca or llama.
We walk in light rain, but if the weather is severe (e.g. storms, heavy rain), we will contact you to reschedule your walk safely.
No prior experience needed. Alpacas and llamas are gentle and easy to walk. Full guidance is provided by our friendly team.
Yes! Private bookings are available for families, adult birthdays, and corporate events. We do not offer private walks for children's parties under 17 years old. Please contact us to arrange your private session.
Yes! Gift vouchers are available and valid for 6 months from purchase. They make a wonderful gift for animal lovers. Contact us to buy yours!
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booked walk. Walks start promptly, and late arrivals may miss their session.
